i'll turn back time and do a recap, pardon me please.


it's zink & pam day as usual. we planned to have meatballs from ikea initially, but changed our minds later because we wanted to watch a movie as well. the movie's only available at selected cinemas so we decided to meet as yishun since it's one of the selected locations.

we had swensen's for lunch. we sat in there till it was time for our movie. northpoint's kinda quiet in my opinion, j8 is the bomb, yah rightttt.

the S10-ers met up at last! wanqi, cheryl, me, kenny, zhenhui and darren had sizzler for dinner. talked, laughed and shared a lot. cheryl was touched that darren turned up even though he had to leave after awhile.

cheryl & i were at the soup station while wanqi was at the salad bar. i walked over to wanqi's side and i noticed this small ball on her plate.

me: wanqi, what's that?
her: italian meatball.
me: from where?
her: there! -points to salad

she dug them out from the salad! i couldn't stop laughing when she told me that. she dug out 1 normal sized one for cheryl and two tiny ones for me. HAHAHAHAHA :D you may not find it funny but it was.



the few of us wanted to catch a movie since bertram said he would be meeting us, but he didn't in the end. so we stuck to our initial plan - esplanade! wanqi and kenny "went missing" halfway to go get a cake for cheryl :)


i love the frame that cheryl gave. i bet it was made with losta love and time. i hope you like the recipe book too, cheryl.

i had an interview at 11am down at chinatown. gotta thank zink for accompanying me! this tiny sweet gesture made me realize who my true friends are. i'm quite disappointed with people whom i label as friends but do not reply to my smses although it doesn't require much effort. well, it's okay, at least i saw the ugly side of them. i'll take note of who i befriend in future.

in return, i went to the NLB with zink who had research work to do. i enjoyed the quietness and the aircon in the NLB. it's all good :) then back to bishan where i had dinner with my fatty sis. older sis saw us while we were playing with the capsule machines.

wanqi, cheryl, kenny and i met up again! we had taiwanese food from xxx. the food was HORRIBLE! shared my trip experiences with them :) i'm surprised wanqi likes di gua qiu as well (i'm still missing the taste of it!)

back to esplanade to "chill." this time round, we shared ghost stories. i'm kinda freaked out by the puppet one x_x

let's meet up again one day. to kenny, have fun in NS yeah! and to cheryl, pastamania and gelare one fine tuesday, i promise.


sis made me check on momo few minutes back because momo wasn't in a good state this morning. momo and hammie gave birth to 5 babies back then, only 2 survived till date. hammie died in 2007.

momo is a very strong mother because her daughter fought with her and she ended up blind in one eye. her fur started falling and she lost so much weight she looked like a baby hamster. she was so weak she had to drag her feet when she crawled.

momo is now free from all these suffering. RIP MOMO!
